Plain terms for a €5 app. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

What you get

A licence to use InstantRAW on any Mac you own, covering every 1.x release. One payment, no renewal, no expiry. A future 2.0 would be a separate purchase; if that ever happens, your 1.x licence keeps working.

The licence is personal. You are welcome to use it on all of your own machines, and asked not to publish or share the key — it carries your email address inside it, and the app displays it.

Price and VAT

€5, VAT included. You are charged once. The price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery

Immediately. Your key appears on screen the moment payment completes and is emailed to the address on the order. If it does not arrive, get it again at instantraw.app/license or write to me.

Right of withdrawal

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery starts — and by completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal at that point. That is the standard exception under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

In practice I would rather you were happy than right about this: there is a full day of free trial before you pay anything, and if the app turns out not to work for you, write to me and I will refund you.

What is not promised

The app is provided as it is. It reads your photographs and can move files you mark to the Trash, where macOS keeps them until you empty it. Keep backups — of everything, always, not only because of this app.

Liability is limited to what you paid. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Law

Dutch law applies, and if you are a consumer you keep the protections of your own country’s law.
